Paid Social: Increasing traffic AND conversion rate
Our client came to us with the goal of increasing new customer orders, building brand awareness, and driving high-quality traffic to their site through their paid social marketing efforts in Q4. We knew that one of the challenges of increasing traffic is that a large portion of those new visitors may not convert, which can lead to a lower conversion rate or, in the worst case, money being spent on visitors who never make a purchase.
To overcome these challenges, we developed a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that included campaigns focused on everything from awareness and first touch to cart abandoners who had yet to purchase. Our approach paid off with one of the most successful paid social campaigns we've run to date. We increased traffic by 115.78% year over year, increased new users by 83%, and boosted the conversion rate by 17%. These results helped our client achieve their best November ever and brought in an additional 4,500 new customers.

Maximizing Google's
Performance Max

A lot has changed in regards to advertising with Google since the introduction of Performance Max campaigns. Initially it looked like advertisers would be handing over control over what assets got shown and where in their Google Ads campaigns.
One of our strengths is getting the most out of Google Ads, even in the age of Performance Max.
This past November was our clients most important month and first time running Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions through PMax.
With a balance or prospecting and retargeting campaigns, along side a robust ad set strategy we increased sales by 21% while simultaneously decreasing cost per conversion by -38%. And that wasn't by just pouring all the recourses into retention, new customer orders increased by 18%.

$2.5M In Two Months
Our sweater/ winterwear brand sought to sell $2,000,000 in inventory in two months through paid social and paid search alone, with limited organic support. Through strategic targeting on Facebook and Instagram, as well as optimized ad copy and product imagery, the brand was able to drive a high volume of high-converting traffic to its Shopify store.
Additionally, through careful management of negative keywords and close monitoring of search term performance on Google, the brand was able to effectively capture a large share of the relevant search market. The combination of these efforts led to a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 4.3, with reported revenue in Shopify reaching $2,230,000 by the end of the year and exceeding the goal by 12%.
CTV/ OTT
We recently launched a Connected TV (CTV) and Over-The-Top (OTT) campaign for one of our clients, and the results have been outstanding. Not only did this channel build brand awareness, but it also directly drove revenue through the use of ad extensions in conjunction with video content. Our programmatic ads reached 2.6 million homes per month through major streaming networks and channels on smart TVs, and this channel accounted for 10% of sales reported in Google Analytics. It has quickly become a staple in all of our client's marketing campaigns, both for prospecting and retargeting.
What is CTV/OTT?
Connected TV (CTV) refers to the use of an internet-connected device, such as a smart TV or gaming console, to access and view TV or video content online. CTV allows users to stream content from various sources, including traditional TV networks, streaming services, and video on demand (VOD) platforms.
Over-The-Top (OTT) refers to the delivery of TV or video content online, typically through streaming or VOD services. OTT content is delivered "over the top" of traditional network providers, meaning it is accessed directly through the internet rather than through a cable or satellite provider. OTT content can be accessed through CTV devices, as well as through other internet-connected devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
While CTV and OTT are related in that they both involve the delivery of TV or video content online, they are technically different but often used interchangeably as far as terminology. If you say CTV people will often lump that and OTT together.
TikTok
TikTok has emerged as a new and highly effective platform for advertising in recent years. Our luxury fashion client was new to TikTok advertising, but they quickly saw the benefits of this exciting platform.
